Christinah was born and raised in Yuba City and is excited to be back home! Jesus, horses and camo are her passions, in that order. She got involved with YoungLife in her junior year of High School. However, since third grade she has found ways to share Jesus' love with those around her. When looking at colleges, one of her YL leaders suggested Azusa Pacific University as the "mecca for YoungLife." Among many other prayers and confirmations, Christinah spent 5 years at APU obtaining her Business Management degree with a minor in Young Life ministries. During her time in college, she led YoungLife (high school) for 2 years and Wyldlife (middle school) for 3 years. Two of those years she served on student staff with Younglife in the Greater LA region. Also during her time in college she worked in the Center for Student Action (the local and global missions department of the university). She worked as a Student Ministry Coordinator in the Mexico Outreach program doing international missions in Mexico helping equip, empower and engage over 700 college students, as well as, 50+ churches from across America. Christinah fell in love with missions at the early age of 7 when she first attended the Yuba Sutter Mexico Mission house build trip. Ever since then she has loved sharing Jesus with others through conversations, life and serving. As much as she loves to travel, she is excited to be a hometown missionary and reinvest into the community that raised her. Christinah has been on staff with Younglife in the Yuba Sutter area since Fall of 2018.
